What the business needed
The salon needed clients to be able to see the services and prices and request an appointment on their own, without asking everything by message. The owner then confirms each appointment directly on WhatsApp.
What we built
A site with a three-step booking system: the client picks a service, checks availability and sends her request. She pays nothing upfront, and the owner confirms each appointment on WhatsApp.
Besides booking, the site has:
- Services with prices in colones, from a classic manicure to gel nails and nail art.
- A gallery of her work and the owner's story, so a new client knows who she's booking with.
- FAQs, the location with a Google Maps link and opening hours.
- WhatsApp and Instagram one tap away on a phone.
