Privacy policy

At Klevo Studio we take care of the data you trust us with. This policy explains, plainly, what data we collect on this site, why, and what rights you have. It is governed by Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.

Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp number or email and any message you leave.

When you message us on WhatsApp: the data you share in that conversation. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

If you accept analytics cookies: site usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country). We don't use this data to identify you.

We don't collect sensitive data or ask for payment details on this site.

What we use it for

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (only if you accepted analytics cookies).

We don't sell your data or use it to send you advertising without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use providers that help the site work. They only receive what they need for their task:

• Vercel (United States): hosts the site.
• Resend (United States): delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google (United States): Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
• Meta / WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Because these providers are outside Costa Rica, your data may be stored on servers in other countries. By sending us your data you accept that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for 1 year or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If we work together, we keep what's needed for the business relationship and legal obligations.

Cookies

This site doesn't use its own cookies. We only store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies (lasting up to 2 years) to tell visits apart. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to the use of your data.

Email us at hola@klevostudio.com and we'll reply within 5 business days, as the law requires. If you believe we didn't address your request, you can contact Costa Rica's Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (PRODHAB).

Minors

This site is aimed at business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
